This probably would available soon, as a recently discovered Microsoft patent application titled "Off-line Economies for Digital Media" describes how Zune owners can get paid for sharing music. This technology and system proposed by Microsoft is believed this system would essentially convert illegal music to legal music, which is applicable for Microsoft's Zune for sure.
